Adult Classes

Our adult classes are suited to all ages. If you are looking to get into dance or even just to be moving to some good music with friends our classes are for you. Here we create a safe, fun and exciting environment for all students to explore the arts and create some amazing routines together. Our teachers work with each student to unlock their creativity and passion with each class.

Heels Class

This class is not about how you look or how you dance... This class is completely about how you feel!

No matter your ability or age we work through a variety of routines in class.

Working on strength, Stamina and Stability as well as finding your own individual style.

Adult Movement

Adult movement is about getting you up and moving with good music and great friends.

Ballet

It is never to late to be a ballerina! This class focuses on getting you started with your ballet journey. Starting from the very beginning and working all the way through.

Contemporary

You do not need to have previous contemporary experience for this class. We will work through different styles in class as well as working on a variety of routines each term.
